Walnut Turkey *new*
Sure to grab the attention of any turkey call collector, or hunter, this "conversation piece" is made of American Walnut. The body of the carved turkey was hollowed and a box call was inserted. The paddle became the base of the call. Each feather group was defined and many feathers were carved. Not intended to be a realistic carving of a turkey, the call is more of an impressionistic rendering of a gobbler. Holding the back of the turkey allows the paddle to be played.
